Battery, panel, inverter and installation warranties cover different things. Your final proposal will name the manufacturer and set out the cover for each part.
BATTERY STORAGE
Manufacturer battery warranty for our battery packages, subject to the selected model’s written terms.
Capacity retention, energy throughput or cycle limits, registration and operating conditions may apply. The warranty is not a promise that battery capacity stays unchanged.
SOLAR PANELS
Product warranty covers specified manufacturing or material defects.
Performance warranty covers power output against a defined degradation schedule.
Exact periods depend on the panel model. They will be stated separately in your quote.
INVERTER & INSTALLATION
Inverter warranty terms are manufacturer and model specific. Installation workmanship cover is provided separately by the contracting installer.
Neither is automatically covered for the same period as the panels or battery.
A long panel warranty may refer to its power output rather than every fault or the entire installation. For example, LONGi’s Anti-Glare range lists 25-year materials and processing cover and 30-year power output cover; other models have different terms.

We do not apply a blanket 25-, 30- or 35-year warranty to an unspecified panel. Your selected model’s warranty document determines the cover.
The exact model, warranty provider, term, relevant conditions and claim contact. It should also explain any exclusions for labour, call-outs, shipping or replacement installation.
Your invoice, product serial numbers, commissioning records, registration confirmation where required, and the manufacturer’s warranty document.
